Reborn characters below 95 cannot teleport in Morai

There should be a text bellow the teleport points regarding the level restriction and there is not

These level restriction on teleport points are all around the original map, and there were in Morai too if I recall, but now its just that.

In my honest opinion, RB characters should be able to teleport within morai, its senseles they can't. But I think that would be a subject to suggestion's box.

Getting into Morai is a quest, which is different from teleporting.

When you reawaken you're able to use gear and skills you obtained because they go off of your previous incarnation's level, but quests go off of your current level. You can't teleport to Morai before 95, open FC before 85, teleport to FC before 75, and all sorts of other things due to not actually being the required level, even though you're reawakened.

Testxvl - Sanctuary

It does show it require Lv95+ if you hover the telepoints inside morai, and you cant do your daily morai quests etc before 95 anyways....
I dont even think people should be able to enter morai at all before they are 95 or higher.

Maybe this is a bug or they changed it, because I was several times in morai, when I was below level 95. It worked for me after the first as well as the second rebirth.
But it's already over a month ago and since I'm back to 100 again I cannot test if it's just a bug for you or for everyone.

Nevertheless you cannot do any quests there below level 95, so it really does not make much sense to go there, unless you wanna support another character or something like this.

You CAN go inside morai at lvl 1 reborn.

You can't teleport there or get any morai quests in there tho.

Morai has good spots to leave auto-cultivation system working.

I think we should be able to do morai quests tho, they're part of what gives you part of end-game skills and should be done in a regular basis to reach certain objectives.

you can enter morai at lvl 1 rb and you cant do quest... everything that is npc related for them you are a lvl 1 and morai is suppoed to be an area for 95+ but you are there has a lvl 1.

that counts to all instances / maps... for npc's counts your currrent lvl not the lvl you where in the past.

now the way into morai...

I know most of this is about RBs going to Morai but I have another PROBLEM I cant fix or figure out.
I used the level-to-95 boost gift on an alternate way back when and this alt cant go into Lothranis or Momaganon or Morai even though it is level 95. I cant even find the quest to start the process.
Does anyone have any idea what I need?
It might be that my cultivation level is to low so I am working on that but there is no indication that cultivation is a requirement for Morai. I even have Morai quests in my "Find Quests" section of the Quest window but I cant get in to do them.

You need Lv79 cultivation for morai
and Lv89 cultivation (sage or demon) for heaven and hell.​​

I think some people misread the original post. He was not talking about teleporting into Morai, but rather teleporting within Morai. You can get into Morai if you are RA and it is necessary for at least one of the RA chains to enter before 95 so they have to leave it that way. But the OP is correct - once you are in Morai, if you are under 95 none of the teleporters in Morai will send you anywhere aside from back to Perfect World. It can be rather annoying since they did put a quest in there.​​
