Arc billing page is not accepting PayPal in Brazil region

The Arc billing page does only accept a ****ing BoaCompra, which does accept PayPal, but requires me to register my home phone number and national identification document

I don't want to do that, so, can you please add the direct paypal option there, please b:bye

Edit: I found a way out clicking on "pre-paid cards" option, it opens up the former payment options.

Its weird and makes no sense paypal being under pre-paid card option, buuuuut, well we can have this thread closed/deleted, please.
