Make elementclient.exe run directly as it used to, instead of launching game patcher

Some people have a real problem when right click > Run with GPU on elementclient.exe

I am one... maybe the only one...

But the fact is, running elementclient.exe directly may be of great use for us all, i don't see a reason why not.

    I did

    And I don't really see how arc integration would make it impossible to elementclient.exe still run directly

    I could just use Arc to update the game, but run directly, i don't need no stupid overlay.

    (Nor does most of the players).
