event calender thing

can someone explain to me how this event calender thing works? it has all these things (teleport fast squad etc) but none of them do anything is it bugged or something?

    fast form squad does work

    if you hover over teleport it tells you what you need for it

    how does the fast squad thin work? is it liek a que and how do i use it wont allow me to click it
