We all know how the games ticketing system works, or better said doesn't work. All of us get tire of the due too the high volume of tickets we can not answer your ticket anytime soon or if at all. The simple answers are to spam the ticketing system causing more of the same reply or, Making the GM's earn there paycheck by being online 24/7/365 just to take care of the tickets being put in.
Other online games have this system an it does quite well 3 to 4 GM's per server that are online 24/7/365.

    Being available 24hrs a day would be very expensive, even if you have more people available. Think it's best to return the question with this: are you playing 24/7? I hate the idea of spamming GM's with tickets. There are more important things to do.

    This suggestion is completely stupid. On top of that, spamming tickets DOES NOT HELP YOU because it sends your ticket to the back of the line. You submit ONE ticket, then wait for a non-automated response.

    And all your suggestion is doing is saying that they should make the staff slaves. Anyone with a half functional brain knows that forcing someone to work 24/7 is absurdly ridiculous and shouldn't even be a consideration.

    At what point was it mentioned that ONE person would cover the 24/7 shift ? Any idiot realises that a team of people would be needed to put that idea in to fruition.

    so what your saying there is in fact no PWI team or they have no clue what working a game is

    I don't think even other big game company's run support 24/7. With the recent increase in support hours for PWE I don't think this would be the right "support" PWI needs at this time.

    Sorry on the above reasons im not going to log.
