Creating a ticket of Players behavior

Hi,

I have a complaint of a players behavior.

Seems no matter what toon I play I have problems with the same person (ie. getting booted from bh squad at the boss because the player doesn't like my equips) and I want to create a ticket/write a complaint to PWI customer support but it seems to be not working.

Does anybody know when it will be up and running or why it isn't working or how to create such a ticket?

    If you screenshot and report a violation, they used to give temp bans.

    There was even a chart somewhere with the concequences. First offense was 2-4 hours, then a day, then 3 days, ect.

    I probably have the chart saved somewhere but finding someone in support to care is hard these days.

    Edit: noticed you had a link to a screenshot. (need to fix Chrome and the Arc sites). That's not terribly bad overall, and you should just blacklist the person. Also, that's borderline on naming and shaming and may be removed unless you blank out the names.

    If someone is repeatedly harassing or vulgar, they will take care of it (or used to)

    There are always people that think they know all. Funny to see most of them just need help if something 'more difficult' going on. There is absolutely no reason to link your equipment, weapon or whatever to enter a squad, just find your own. In this case however you where invited (otherwise you couldn't get kicked from bh). Simply blacklist and ignore the lazy dude and when you're making your own squad kick him and laugh about the QQing whispers you'll recieve. Good luck!

    If thats all Customer Support can do then I request all who were below G13 equips to ask him when in squad if their equips is to his liking seeing how he seems to think he is a god of the PWI fantasy world.

    Is that a good idea?
