Is botting allowed?

I was trying to farm high grade mats for the gear in plain of farewell area and i noticed all mats missing and wen i was finding them, i saw a barbarian high lvl probably 100 or 100+ named *** was doing the farming. But the way he was doing was not understandable. He was particular on points and was using flyer and sometimes running but mostly on flyer would even farm at the point where mobs are .. if i alrdy farm the next mat to which he was coming then also he will fly till that point and then again go back like i saw in botting resources video.

So my question is " Is botting like that barbarian doing is legal or allowed in this pwi ?" If yes then good, if NO then why is players like him botting and no action is being taken. Please reply. As i work hard to farm but if botting is allowed then why work hard ? .. just switch on bot n relax n hv mats and resources and hv money .. pls rply.. thnx

So a few things, your not allowed to name and shame so this thread will probably be closed for naming the barb. Im not sure what you meant by "he was particular on points* but if that means that he was going directly to the mats, that is possible to do just by learning where the mats are. I know where almost all the high grade mats are east of 1k streams which is what happens when you farm somthing for a few weeks b:chuckle

Now, if it is a bot then im pretty sure its not legal, but is pw going to do anything about it? Probably not. Why? Because in my experience, GMs just kind of suckb:chuckle

Report him. I reported 5 illegal bots not long time ago, and I haven't seen those bots anymore. I guess they are all banned.

I been reporting illegal bots last year (whole year)
With videos proofs, screenshots and the guy is still botting today-same spot

Botting is bannable, and has always been bannable. Other peoples opinions about hiding the truth, and saying that PWI does not ban botters couldn't be more far from the truth.

Keep sending tickets with screenshots/videos of their actions, and they will be dealt with.
