    I think the answer has been given/stated and OP needs to tinker with his Arc Client to make it detect the already installed PWI.

    The rest of this thread is just OP getting bashed for his neglectful use of proper grammar; which, to be honest, most wont waste time reading a block of text.

    I'd say shut her down (the thread)
