Support Error

Hello,

After i got **** and wanted to send PWI an ticket about it, it keeps giving me this error you see below whenever i hit the support option. Does anyone have any idea how this error shows up or how i can fix this? This could help me alot with the request off recovering my lost items... since i dont feel really trusted with an ticket with an different account.
