Dominance to Emperor Tome (bound to unboud)

Sorry if this came up before but I just bounded my Dominance tome.

Just wondering if someone bounded their dominance tome and recasted it to Emperor will it be unbound.

I know for sure Love up and down will be unbound when recasted to Dominance just want to know if it's the same for "Dominance" to "Emperor"

    Unless they've changed this recently, my bound dominance became unbound when I upgraded it to an emperor.

    When was the last time someone can confirm this working? sot > dominance or dominance > emperor.
