    PWI pizza service here. im sorry but when the east coast servers crashed, our ovens stopped working. we are currently fixing them and would ask that u please be patient. After the servers come back up, we will be giving free large 2topping pizzas.
    Servers: Archosaur(PvE US West) and Harshlands (PvP US East)

    Maybe a Bomb got set off in the servers room, set off a trigger explosion bringing the building down and everyone died.

    This is just ridiculous like seriously...we supposedly get a hardware upgrade just to have server crashes and the same map lag we had before? What are the big CS players paying you for? Seriously PWE makes so much money off some of the players they can afford better **** than this. Fix this asap please...so sick of the **** of this game.

    GM = Game Moderator

    Not software developer. Not hardware technician. With all of the kids who think they know something about IT these days, the majority are ignorant as to the job of a GM/CM, and blame them for everything that they cannot control. sparkiesoft is only the mouthpiece of the technicians, who are messaged by the online support staff to tickets being submitted by players complaining that the servers are down.

    Oh, but then, none of them will calm down long enough to grok this.

    The thing I've come to accept is that, You can Never underestimate the stupidity of these online players. You have to constantly prepare for every word out of their mouth to be even senseless than the last. If you do this, you can coop with the users.
