Unable to enter game

Hello, im having a stuck-issue.... client updates, click start, everything fine... charging screan gets laded (bar goes fullin a few seconds), and there i get stuck, i cannot get past the first screen, doesnt show login screen ingame, nor gives any sound as if the image would be stuck but the game still went on.
Any suggestions?.

    Going to need more information, but I've seen this happen because of antivirus corrupting the client files, because of bad video drives, and because of non-compatible video codecs, or video codec settings that force themselves on the client.
