Can't learn Devil Chichyu

I can't make a new thread yet.... So help with this question.....

I played PWI a long time ago and had an 85 Psych and a 91 Archer

Recently I created a new account to play mystic

according to skill tree Devil Chichyu is learned at 7 but the skill never appears for me to learn at the trainer. The Heal Summon does which I can't learn without learning the Devil Chichyu, is there a glitch?

    The skill book needed to learn the first level of Devil Chihyu (and those for all other mystic summons and plants) is awarded on completion of a quest, requiring you to defeat the summons/plant.

    Check your "Available Quest" list for the quest "Devilish Training". It starts at level 7 from the Priestess of the Soul. It should have popped up as well. It'll tell you to go kill a mob - do so. On turning the quest in you get the Devil Chihyu skillbook. With this book in your inventory, talk to the Mystic skill trainer, and the skill will be available to learn.

    All plants and all summons have a similar requirement, usually with Beckenast telling you to go kill something, and getting a book in return.
