DQ Rewards Unavailable?

I'm on again, off again player for PWI, and I've noticed that when it comes to trying to get my DQ points on the website's knowledge bank, they take me to the link for PWE's DQ Rewards, only with a huge window to block out the rewards about heading over to ARC.

I have seen SOME posts from back in November about how the DQ Rewards was going to go down for a bit in the nearby future (I am only assuming that it happened sometime in December/January) but nothing explaining about the current settings for the DQ rewards.
This probably does not belong here, but for some BRILLIANT REASON, Arc refuses to let me ask this in General Discussions.

Is this a bug that I am experiencing, or did PWE seriously took 5 months to finally work on moving the DQ Rewards system from one website to another?
