NPC/Monster in Primal having infinite aggro range

So ok, im doing my daily in Primal and go do the heroic warsong daily ( at lord tyrant fortress). I had dragged without seeing it 2 of the cage guard for the rescue the racoon daily up to lord tyrant fortress. I kill them but i am in pk mode, so my aoe hit one of the NPC there (Lord tyrant Fang). After it killed the soldier it was fighting, the NPC aggroed to me and would not desaggro even if i went far from it. First i flew up a bit, sstill aggroed even if im out of its attack range.

Then i teleported away to here where i saw i was still in combat mode and it caught up to me a bit after.

I then went to do Liu so plea daily at Mirror flower kingdom, where the NPC still aggroed to me and followed me. I decided to test a lil after completing my daily. He at a point got stuck and still did not reset. I dragged it around a bit to see and finaly stopped at mirrorflower kingdom.

Only way to have it reset was to leave story mode, i could not desaggro it by range, or kill it.

    .... That sounds awesome. Finally a NPC that gets pissed off about being hit and refuses to be pacified. b:laugh
