    He has actually been appearing quite frequently recently. Often while the Spring Event was going on a few weeks back he was spotted nearby while killing the Buddha Snake that spawned in the same area everyday. Not sure if it was THAT particular boss, can't remember the name, but it was definitely one that dropped red envelopes too because I remember doing a pwdatabase search after it was killed that very first time b:laugh
