Question to those who have npce'd a r9 piece

If you got it back by making a ticket: did you get it back with its refine and gems, or you received a brand new piece?

    I haven't NPCed an R9 piece, but did NPC a Morai G15 piece, and got it back sans refines (it wasn't sharded to start with.)

    I know 2 ppl who npc their r9 gear (with refines and gem/shard)

    1 of them explained everything in details- what refine, gem that r9 had
    -he npc r9 chest, he said he had +7 refine and +85 phys def shards.
    They send him 1*-7* orb and 4x +85 phys shards

    other didn't mention about refine and shards, so he just got the peace by it self- later he did ask for those gems and refine back. He got them back

    For them both it took 2-3 month to get their stuff back, at start support staff refuse to help.

    FYI if the piece has random stats the piece they give you will have newly generated stats.

    that would be interesting if you npc'd a r9 weapon with sloppy stats and got back a new r9 weapon with max stats b:dirty
