TT and BH's

I want to know if a mystic or a veno is good for soloing TT and BH's. I also want to know the difference between both of them. Thanks.

i don't presume to know much about playing a veno in general, but i can tell you my mystic can solo anything just about that doesn't require a squad (bh eu, aeu, fsp dietymode, UCH, etc). My gears are r9rr +10 wep, +7 robes, +10 pdef neck, average tome and ring.

When i was wearing my g16 nirvy, i had a +10 wep, with +7 robes, and they were sharded the same more or less. With my g16, it took me ages, but i could solo up to tt3-3. As far as bh's, i could solo anything up to bh eden or brim for sure. As far as bh 100, you could probably do Abba if you're quick with your timing and you know the bosses like the back of your hand. Lunar probably wouldn't be much of an issue either.

Before the change over, i was soloing BH Snake and BH Cannon with my g16 gear.

As for the difference in class, it may go faster or safer for a veno, but if your pet goes down you're in a bad spot. With a mystic, you have your rez buff to make up for accidents, you can get buffs from apoth, you have natures barrier + vital herb or gaia to imitate bb for a few seconds, and you have your whipcrack speed heals and falling petals to fall back on. Also to remember, with both the classes, your pets are going to be hitting full damage on the boss regardless. I've never seen the numbers for a veno's pet damage, but for a mystic i've seen hits anywhere between 11-25k on bh bosses depending on what im hitting with and what debuffs are active.

It may be worth it to hop over to the veno forums and ask them what soloing bh is like as a veno. You can also try youtube and type in something like "soloing x as y" x being the bh, y being the class. It would let you see exactly what the individual is doing, what kind of stats they have, and the kind of hits they do.

As a veno, for the most part you're heavily dependent on what your pet can tank, since you don't have a spammable self-heal (60% of max HP every 5 minutes doesn't help much when you're being hit every second or so). Unless you have a herc, you're most likely not going to be soloing your BHs... and even with a herc, some BHs aren't soloable (your heals aren't strong/frequent enough yet for some, and Polearm's debuff destroys hercs.)

As far as current BH100s go... Wurlord's doable with an evolved herc. Lunar's probably doable, but it'll take you forever to get through all the mobs. (Genesiac Blink you'll be DDing from range, not using a pet unless you have a harpy, same for Primal Fear if you go BH route.)

TT... I can do every boss up through 2-3, and medium mode bosses in 3-x. 1-3 Soulbanisher's still a challenge, and for him and Ancient Evil in 2-3 you'll need high HP and pdef to survive the AOE, and you'll need to manage the adds for Ancient Evil and Astralwalker.

One thing to keep in mind is that any time you have to spam-heal your pet, the kill will take a very long time.

Our pets are quite impressive when they are evovled, way higher defense and way higher attack.

As I started to do full warsong after evovling my phoenix, I have seen him doing up to 90k+ damage per hit, which I found it quite impressive. I used Natural Synergy for more attack as well as pounce for increasing his APS. The debuffs were my ironwood and amp together with my squads bms HF. I wonder if I the day today could break 100k+ or higher per hit, as its quite a while ago now.

The herc, which I unfortunately dont have, have an amazing defense. However my best friend which is a venomancer as well have it. I have seen her tanking the emperor boss in TT3-2 and TT3-3 modes, the speed was okay even though she still dont have Natural Synergy and didnt debuff much. I have also seen the herc die, but when she called him back he got immediatly aggro from the boss again thanks to his aggro skills. We may not have heals like a mystic does, but we have various skills to decrease our damage taken when needed. I didnt see her close to die.

I have seen herc tank BH seat fine and probably also can do BH aba, but I never bothered with it and went straight for tanking on my venomancer instead of my pets. I never felt any need for soloing it, maybe I should give it a try and give some feedback. Phoenix can tank bosses in lunar BH path.

Lower BHs arent an issue, and now when I have the DD for it, I mostly just pull whole cave to the end then use Feral Concentration and aoe kill it all that didnt reset.

If the venomancer herself need to tank, Im sure a mystic would be able to do it earlier in gear than a venomancer, thanks to heals and such. However venomancers pets shine more than mystics ones, IMO.

I cannot give any advise as G16 venomancer, as I went straight from HA/semi aps build to pure magic R9, and have been this build before they started change the BHs.

Thinking what else I could add.. lol
