Question Icon not going away?

Hi! I have kind of an odd question. I haven't played for almost a year and decided to come back for a bit. I wanted to start a new character to check out the new area they start in and so I did that without an issue.

My question is: The flashing question icon is on my screen and I can't click on it to see what it wants! It's like the exclamation point icon that comes up when someone wants to invite you to squad, but it's the question mark.

I've tried logging out and back in, but it's still there and won't let me click on it.

Any ideas?

    meh dont wanna open another thread so here it goes:

    how come some threads show a lock in the legend column when they are locked and some are locked without that icon to show up? kinda confusing b:shocked

    p.s. enough with the locking it's getting tiresome. 3/10 new threads are being locked are u kidding me? i dont care what your problems are and what your trying to do but enough is enough. merge the damn threads and lock them if u so desperatly wanna do it. it just doesn't look well at all from player perspective. create one unified rage thread like it was done in the past and just add them there, locking will just create more and more and give u more headaches.
