Nation War Information?

Ok I would like some information on exactly how the points are distributed in Nation War based on class. I have been doing Nation War on my wizard and have barely broke 100 tokens on average. I get the concept of hitting and being able to take a hit has something to do with it but to me it does not make sense how other classes get over 200 tokens per run? People that join late get more tokens than someone that stayed throughout the entire NW.

How does Soulforce, Defense Levels, and Attack Levels contribute to the points you receive or don't receive?

If you can explain this to me I would greatly appreciate it.

    I suggest giving this thread a quick look. Granted it lacks information about specifics for bridge battle and crystal contests but it should explain most of what you need to know.
