Character not showing up in redeem key list

Hi! I've been trying to use the following rewards with the arc client

However, I am having an issue. I log into the arc client, go to redeem key and submit the code. Here is where I have the problem. I have 5 characters on this account. The first 4 will show up in the drop down menu that asks you to select which character you want to send the reward to. However, the 5th one, the one I want to send it to, will not show up. I have logged out and in of PWI and Arc, my computer has been completely shut down since I first tried and no change.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'd really like to be able to redeem these awesome gifts, but I don't know what else to try. Help?

I'm going to list some details in case they can help.

I am playing on a Windows 7 laptop
The character is about 5 days old
The character is level 32
My friend who joined the same day and had the same issue AT FIRST. After he logged out of everything and back in, his character showed up and he was able to redeem the gifts. He only has one toon on his account.

Please ask any questions you might need, I'll be watching this thread pretty closely.

    Try submitting a ticket they can fix it for you.

    I thought that this could be the cause, but, as I mentioned in the original post, my friend made a character the exact same day as me and his showed up in the list and has for the past few days.

    I have contemplated submitting a support ticket, but I was curious to see if there was a simple solution to the problem or if anyone else has had the same issue.

    I have this same issue mine showed up and i sent her a jones blessing now she's gone the list is there but she isn't on it anymore. I want to send other codes to this toon before they expire.
