Charge Rewards problems.

Ive charged zen today, got my zen and all but no rewards points, ive also used the gold in-game.
is there something i must do or is the problem from ARC's side?

    Charge Rewards promotion was running until the 24th, last Monday

    Current Promotion Period: February 21 at 11:00am - February 24 at 7:00pm
    Earn Points via ZEN/Boutique by: February 24 at 7:00pm
    Prize items will be available until March 10 at 7:00pm.

    As seen on their page. It's also written on their news page at the top in the related news post.
