Was Soul of purge a rumor?

I heard a LOT about "Soul of purge", is this in a future rebirth of the eventual 8 remaining or what? Basically saying you get hit,% chance you auto purge enemies.

    Sorry, I think kinda started that rumor :P
    I was just saying it to mess around with people in WC, and I think some took me seriously ooops
    So all in all it was a joke don't think PWI has any intention of doing this.
