Jade Dragon Seal??

so i did the cool new player stuffs. besides losing that dark lords fash onyx it gave me this weird ball thing. its called a jade dragon seal and it tells me when im lvl 30(im lvl 39 atm) to go to the ship outside archo to a dragon and hell give me cool stuff. is this just a pw troll item or am i in the wrong place?
Servers: Archosaur(PvE US West) and Harshlands (PvP US East)

    The NPCs for those are located around East Archosaur and outside on the ship. I don't remember exactly where the Dragon is, but i remember i found it lol.

    yea its not on that cool ship way out in the water that you may be thinking of. its near the dinky ships in arch (east) near the faction base.

    i found it. ty vixter for letting me know that it was on the little uncool stupid ships. for any1 else try to figure this out the npc is called mysterious man(not the one near the boatman hes actually on the bigger ships) and hes not even a dragon. SRSLY PWI. IF U SAY LOOK FOR A DRAGON PUT A DRAGON IN THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!b:angryb:angryb:angry
