ARC Free gift code invalid

The new code released today for a free gift is invalid. b:surrender
I am using Arc > Redeem Key > McytfINY... not working!

    Copy and pasted. McytfINY Still doesn't work. Any ideas other than name calling???

    There was an issue with them last night, however they were verified and working as of late last night. What error are you getting?

    "The product key you have entered is incorrect. Please check to make sure you've entered a valid key and try again. You can also contact Arc Games Support for help."

    Are you sure you haven't redeemed that key already. Arc doesn't give a separate error for codes you've already redeemed and that code is a repeat of one we've had.

    When you go to redeem key, click View Redeemed Keys and make sure you haven't already picked it up. The key will be labeled "Arc Launch Bonus Gift".

    That is the issue. The email I got with the code is dated 2/21/2014 (today). I assumed it was a new free gift. It looks like I got the "Arc Launch Bonus Gift" back on 2/11/2014.
