End of DQ points ?

Hi guys

Could a GM give a date for end of DQ points ?

I dont want to be skrewed up like each time PW do un update w/o saying anything

It was supposed to be December 2013 so i spend all my DQ points for dumb item

And now im at 39k DQ points....
