Need advice!

Hi everyone

I played PWI years ago, around the time packs were released in the CS, basically around the time they screwed up the game for non cash shopping players. I've decided to return and whoah this games different. I have a few questions related to my class.

My BM is currently geared with a pair of calloused lionheart axes (is this even a good weapon anymore?! The **** I went through to be geared like this...I have a feeling its obsolete now) and a full TT90 set with 2 misty rings a sky demons pearl and the cape of tauren chieftain. Is this still good gear for my level? What would you have as an axe BM at my level?

Now this brings up the question, is an AXE only BM even viable anymore? Or should I reallly be using a hammer as well?

Here are my stats

Strength - 284

Vit - 152

Dex - 128

Mag 3

Am I able to go down the axe/hammer route with my stats the way they are? Or will I need to reallocate them?

One final question, non BM related. What are the new dailies? when I was around all we had was crazy stone and WQ. I heard its possible to level MUCH faster now, whats the recommend way to level up at level 93?

TT90 gear is ok for lvl 90-99.

BMs usually are axe/hammer + fist/claws. Other weapons arent used very much. axe is same as hammer. Fists is same as claws. So get 1 of each.

There are multiple ways to go with gear for a BM. If you want to PvP, you probably want a set of G16 armor and a good axe or hammer. You could upgrade your TT90 to G16. Its quite a way to go, but the first step to TT99gold is the hardest, after that its just a few NWs and some FW.

For PvE, your fist/claw play a more important role so you probably want to have APS. This can be done with TT99gold stuff. like this

This is rather squichy though. So in this kind of armor you suck in PvP and you cannot pull large amounts of mobs and AOE in PvE.

There are 2 ways to fix this problem. You can have 2 sets of armor, one for APS and the G16HA set for PvP / tanking.
Or you can make a compromise with R8r. This will be a bit less sturdy than G16, but a lot stronger than the TT99 stuff. You need some luck to get -int on your R8r. google it up and learn what youre up to before making this decision. It can get costly if you lack luck.

Your stats look to be a bit in the middle. For axe/hammer, you dont need that much dex. For fist/claws, you need a little more dex. These stats seem to be with bonusses from items. Your future items will give better bonusses, but still i think you statted too much dex to reach the 190ish dex needed for fist/claw and 300 str that you need for axe/hammer. And even then i would advise to have a little surplus on both str and dex incase items break or to allow you to swap gear without having to do it in an exact order. Since you are just comming back and probably poor, you cant really focus on everything at the same time. I would focus on fists and APS first though. Most BMs use the fists the vast majority of the time and just swap to axes for the HF/stun skills.

FC is the fastest way to level up to level 100. After that try PV.
You need to play FC with a squad as you wont be able to solo it with your current gear. Since everyone with todays gears does solo it, it might be hard to find a squad, but give it a try.
There are so many dailies. You have morai. Do these to get all available skills there. You have BH. These are mainly done for a chance to get money reward and for the pills you get for your meridians.
There are also a bunch of dailies after reincarnating, but dont worry about that yet until you can solo FC.

Eoria - Harshlands

Your gear is pretty much completely outdated. Norm now is third recast rank 9 gear. You can turn your current gear into g16 Nirvana gear eventually though and you'll be able to do okay enough. Majority of BMs play as mostly pure axe nowadays with a set of fists for farming and a spear for purge/GS/whatever. Further questions should probably be taken to the BM section of the forums.

As for leveling, there's Frost City, Bounty Hunter, and then Morai dailies once you hit 95.

Might be confusing, i wrote that fists are the most used BM weapon while Eoria wrote the oposite. This depends on PvE or PvP viewpoint. APS is a PvE thing. Everything i write is from PvE perspective.
