Or, more importantly, should I be playing the Psychic class?

Months ago I suggested a change to Demon Roar of the Pride, and instead of replying to my thread or discussing this potential change, the suggestion was implemented across the board on various skills in game.

People insulted me, said I was crazy, and defended their position that such a change would be gamebreaking. Now that it's here, however, I'd like to get everyone's opinion on the new Paralyze effect that is currently in game.

Also, an answer to the original question. Is Zanryu more or less psychic?

    Be a veno yo, then you can be in a harem and no one will reprimand you for it.

    I mean

    I haven't been on in PvP to where it would have mattered since the update yet
    Can't either because of that crappy rehousing stuff
    Though if it was meant to go through purify (as a fail balance) then it should probabily... only go through any anti-movement buffs if someone has purify. Or has purify active. People who don't have purify and end up wasting potions are feeling really shafted as far as I can tell.

    zanny prolly i really wouldnt mind if the new paralyze effect could go through tidal, but it does not...
    making sage sins even more overpowered

    in 2-3 months all barbs and bms will have this skill and mass pvp (tws and nws) will be just broken\unplayable

    and then yall will reroll mesmer like me :>

    Give me a genie skill to break from it that can be spammed as quick as sage mighty swing and i wont care.

    The Barbs anti stun description.

    Violent Triumph: Use your willpower to resist even the most determined of foes. Makes you immune to stun, freeze and other effects that affect your movement.

    Now, in your original reasoning as to why demon rotp should bypass you said its cause it says the stun always succeeds. Well my anti stun says im immune to effects to my movement. Paralyse effects my movement and im not immune to it, meaning that my skill description is false. So yeah, either change the descriptions of everything or let anti stuns do what it says they do b:laugh
