Catshop Fraud Found

I found a catshop that is buying worm sprout for 4mil and I was like "Wow I could make some money" so I try to sell my worm sprout that I bought near demon and sage catshop. He is selling worm sprout for 2mils and buying it for 4mils so I sell my worm sprout only 1 and see if it was real. He have no money in his catshop because I earn no money and I still have my items. His catshop is a fraud so I am here reporting it here because I don't know where to report. Screenshot is here
