PW School Teacher?

I've been sifting through these forums for a while, trying to find a location for this Perfect World School Teacher that the Attendance Sheets are exchangeable at. And there doesn't seem to be any mention that I can find. Is the NPC still in the game and where? Or was it removed in the last patch?

    She is in the very middle of Archosaur on the platform in the sky (next to the bounty hunter npc).

    I hate the school teacher she causes people to stand around and clog up the area with afk Alts.I never do it I haven't did it in maybe over 2 years I even npc the pages given by the daily golden chest.

    Considering the school teacher no longer gives or cashes out the Roll Call quest, she should no longer cause people to AFK near her. Any who still do, are alts who have never moved since the last expansion.
