Master of Cycles gives incorrect demon book storage capacity

Master of Cycles has some informational text talking about the demon book used for leveling historical levels. He mentions the maximum capacity is "18 Billion"

In game I was surprised to notice the actual capacity saying 1.8 billion (red marks added)

Checking the original Chinese text it says "18亿". That's atually 1.8 billion since 亿 means 100 million

FIX: Change master of cycles dialog (id 3377) to read 1.8 billion instead of 18 billion.
