Requirements: Reawaken #2, Mirage Sky I, Level 100
If you take the "To Undercurrent Hall" quest and select the first option the choices are in Chinese and not English.

Also in the first screen it erroneously lists the requirement as "Arcane Sky I" instead of "Mirage Sky I".
