I can't remember where to go to combine the cube necklaces. Any help, please?

Cube necklaces - are combined in the Cube

As you port in, the centre bit, can't remember if it's at the forge or the NPC but it's there.

You can now also forge them at the center of Archosaur, on the platform that has the HH and Messenger of Time.
