Unable to learn Dragon Rising

I have learned Demon Drake Bash and Demon Mage Bane in order to learn Demon Dragon Rising. But it says my prerequisite skill level is too low. Can someone help me with this problem?

    You need Piercing Winds also for it, as the description on the skill book doesn't show it, which is a bug.

    Now it says you need Drake Bash and Piercing Winds, but it cuts the Mage Bane requirement off.

    Just pointing it out.

    Maybe abbreviating the required skills for it could do the trick?

    Like this:

    Required (or Req. if you need to abbreviate it a little more) skill: O M.Bane, O P.Winds, O D.Bash

    I think it might work, as the issue seems to a character limit on the text box.
