      The person I managed to contact is, unfortunately, still not getting any response from the folks who can deal with this. So he's playing the same waiting game as the rest of us for any further information.

      its been 4hrs
      Servers: Archosaur(PvE US West) and Harshlands (PvP US East)
      Chars: Viktorian(100 2Rb Celestial Demon BM) PurpleHealz (100 Celestial Sage Cleric) DagsAway (95 Assassin)

      If a game is played 7 days a week, shouldn't it be manned 7 days a week? Even with a skeleton crew at weekends

      Pretty amazing that a big company like PWI with games played worldwide isnt able to get hold of personnel to fix this. Sunday or not, if you want your product to work 24/7, make sure you have personnel to look after it 24/7 ijs.

      u gotta give ppl time to be with their loved ones get chips salsa etc etc.
      maybe yall(not veni the server) should follow their example and go be with your loved ones and watch one of the biggest events in sports

      it would appear that whomever is "looking into it" is possibly reviewing logs to find out what caused the crash. this could be a while yet.... but doesn't warrant complete silence from this person. they could do a better job from a procedural standpoint. what am i talking about.. if they're even doing that.. hahaha

      I dont mind ppl wanna be with their loved ones...not at all....but you never heard of working shifts? People do that in companies world wide....Free suggestion to PWI: make ppl work shifts b:laugh

      forget it.. they're probably too cheap to hire anyone else that's not already on their staff. maybe looking to streamline even further. like they're most likely too cheap to have an independent log server for all their online games.

      Server's back up.

      Someone perform whatever arcane sacrifices are required to please Archosaur's map server so it stops doing this sort of thing.
