Seriously upset with billing

so yesterday at auction house suck cause this guy keep biding on his Owen stuff and constantly reset item for sale when i bid on it last minute then he puts back item for sale in auction house at set price.

So i see same item by different dealer auction house for set price more expensive but i can buy it and it has two sockets.

i go to charge my zen so i can buy pwi legendary packs that give nothing but tokens which is fine thats what i need to sale and buy this item from auction house.

i spend money almost weekly and never had problems with charging zen to wallet but today when i needed it most its being reviewed Seriously?

hour goes by nothing so i call 5 times billing customer service my a$$ nothing.

worst the item i want is now no longer in auction house.

wow really bad service

    The review process happens automatically. Charge a couple of hundred dollars at once for the first time, then see how long that review takes. It also depends on how you're paying.

    The auction house is not controlled by GMs. Some players are just d*cks.
