Can't get Jolly quests

Hey hey,

I always do Jolly quests on 3 chars of mine and they are on the same account.
Now I got a 4th char that can do them, this lvl 64 Veno, but I can't get Jolly quests on her.
I got told that's because you can only do Jolly quests on 1 char per account, but I always do them on 3 chars per account, so I wouldn't see the problem of that.
What is the cause that I can't get Jolly quests on her?

    You can do seven each day per level range per account.

    So if you have, for example, a level 24, 37, 42, and 59 they could all do 7 quests. However, a 37, 34, 32, and 39 would not each be able to do 7.

    This is a fix from the latest expansion that brings the Jolly Jones quests to their original behavior. Previously, a bug allowed you to do as many quests as you had tokens for regardless of the original limit.

    I used to do Jollys on multiple chars on my account all in same level range, now they have taken that ability away apparently.

    Really sucks and hard to make money now. This game is turning in to a rich mans game or people who have time to play 18 hours a day.

    I'm quite disappointed.

    Stick with a good faction. The more people change factions, the less chance for loyalty.

    Do your daily quests. Focus on 1-2 chars as mains. (If u have more than that, then u are more an omni player. )

    In this way, u are more likely to get help to get better than junk armor, etc, from faction.
