Primal skills after changing the celestial !!

Well as all of you, that new primal skills need sage or demon skills ( x2 or only 1) to learn.
But my question is: if we make 2 or 3 new primal skill and lose our old skills, and then go for changing our celestial sage or demon. Our old skills will come back and new skill will disapear or no all sage skills will become demon or opposite? (even primal one)

    They revert to the level 10 skills, i had learned primal mighty swing, swapped to demon and now have lvl 10 mighty swing.
