Hii,
Every time i try to open Arc i get "arc has encountered an error while updating. please try again".
If i try to repair i get same message but with "(...)while repairig (...)".I already re-installed lots of times
I'm using Win 7 and running as Admin

Computer is strong enough to handle Arc, i have faster internet connection, i already disabled antivirus/firewall

EDIT: the problem was with anti-virus, i had firewall+antivirus off but it still was blocking the connection. i had to remove it from the start up list
