Morai server issues compensation

So, the EU support team/machine encouraged to discuss opinions on the official forums as a reply to my ticket. I doubt they will ever look, but why not.

What do you think of the compensation for the issues on the Morai server ?

For memory :
After the latest update, Morai had instances not work for several weeks. Some players got stuck, NW didn't work 2x, several instances down. After a lot of spamming, the mods here were kind enough to contact the US GM that finally got the attention of the EU staff. While fixing the issue, an unintentionnal rollback of about 3 days accured. The server was down a while when they tried to undo the rollback, but they didn't manage.
During this time, all timed items had their timer running. None of the timed events or quests for the Christmass periode has been kept in place a little longer.

Their compensation :
- 2 weeks of 5x exp, 2x spirit and 2x drops
- 10 gold received by around 80% of the server (own estimation)
- 1 dreamchaser pack

Personally, I wasn't expecting or claiming, millions or billions worth of compensation. But they should have taken into account the time of the year and their own lack of reaction. I was expecting at least some compensation involving Primordial Bloods for the quest that dissapeared, absence notes, holy pills, stuff like that. The dreamchaser pack code is really insulting. It's the most ridiculous compensation attempt ever. The whole server was really waiting for lvl1~40 gear and orbs they can't even use b:shutup

In addition if you want direct GM responses, the thread in the EU forums had been getting them prior to Regerem leaving and it is likely where any further updates will be posted first.
