Where can one get an absence note?

With the news about compensation for Morai rollback it's clear that people who logged in during those days won't get anything that can compensate for check-in system. The database says the only way to get absence notes is from a quest which no longer takes place. b:sad So any ideas if there will be ever any other way to get those notes? Are they going to add them to the CashShop at least?

    wait till next month.Buy all your notes at the end of the year.I just like the free 100k exp on toons that need it,other than that I dotn care for it :/

    I see a few from time to time in catshops,dunno where they get it,maybe packs like everything else,

    You get the Absence Note from the Zhu Que's Bounty box after the Auspicious event, but that's broken so you can't get them anymore, Thank's PWE.

    That's what I get from database but maybe they are going to put them in the shop or somewhere else, otherwise it's impossible to get them. I saw one absence note in a cat shop a couple of months ago and no more since that time.
