Nation Wars Glitch Expelled to North Arch

I was just teleported to north arch after the first battle was won , just before I was to go to the next. I didn't die at all. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this or had an idea why it happened.

    My friend said she was glitched out of NW and lost all her 9k credits, no tokens whatsoever. She was really mad...
