Chamber of Solitude - Flow Silver Palace (FSP)

I'd like to get some help in FSP, there's a place called Chamber Of Solitude, i saw a post that it said it was needed Arcane Sky X, i went there with ppl with Arcane Sky X. Please if someone knows or have a idea of how to do it tell me, i'll try everthing. Pls, i rly want to go to that room b:shedtear.

    Apparently we need to unlock the final seal for it.

    Amm, anyways, anyone else have other idea of how to open it? Cos by what i see everyone's confuse, alot of possibilities to open it x.x

    you can sneak inside before any unlocking if your a sin/seeker with teleport b:chuckle
