Gimmicky head changing pills

Items like that have been around since the beginning. They have only been available to be used by four of the original classes. Now with two more races, I would like to see these opened up to being useable by Tideborns and Earthguards too if possible.

    They last 5 minutes, and are all really ugly. Just use a pumpkin head if you want a gimmick. Head fashion replaced those ugly things really.

    I believe they are ugly on purpose. And yes they are timed, something to use and laugh at. People can collect enough of them and use them in user made events for factions and such.

    You don't have to use them if you don't want to.
