Auto-cultivating (mini guide)

WHAT IS AUTO-CULTIVATING?
Auto-cultivating is an in-game program which allows you to automatically kill enemies to quickly level your character or make money/DQ points while you afk or sleep.


HOW CAN YOU AUTO-CULTIVATE?
Press Ctrl+F12 to open cultivation settings (you can also find it if you click "Function" key in lower left corner, and then "Cultivation system"). It will open you something that looks like this:

ATTACK: Make attack skill macro which suits your class and mobs you plan to attack and then drag it into attack slot. It will probably take you few tries to find a perfect working macro. TIP: add your spark or some healing skill into your macro if you wanna save some pots/charm
ASSISTING: Make buffing macro and drag it into assisting slot. Here you can set timer for how often you want your buffs to activate (pay attention because this timer is in seconds, not minutes)
TIME: Here you set the time you want your auto-cultivation to stay on. Maximum time is 9999 minutes. After time is up, your char will use Town Portal to safezone.
AREA: Set the radius for your cultivation. Minimum is 20 m, maximum is 9999 m. I advise you to set it on minimum range and then test if it works nicely for an hour or two. If you see you miss a lot of drops/mobs outside of range, put 10 more meters on it and try again. It will take u a while to find a perfect range for certain areas on map.
ENABLE: Click on little arrow and chose one of three options: None (you wont pick ANY drops), All items (you will pick ALL items), Coins only (you will pick only coins). This choice depends a lot on reason why you decided to auto-cultivate. If you do it for EXP, picking drops will slow you down. If you do it for DQs you will have to fill your inventory with stacks of 1 DQ item so you dont pick other random drops (armors, potions, arrows etc.). The most efficient way is to use your main+alt, while your main kills all the mobs for exp with picking disabled, you can use your alt to pick up all DQs and trade it to your main after.
ASSISTING SETTING: To use this option you need to have Auto-recovery stone in your inventory. It allows you to set up HP/MP potions to activate automatically as your health or mana goes down.


WHERE TO AUTO-CULTIVATE?
Find a spot with many mobs that re-spawn pretty fast. Try avoid areas with many rocks/trees where your char could get stuck after a while. Next thing to check is type of mobs you gonna farm on. Do they give enough EXP/drops? Are they melee or ranged? Is there any boss around which can kill your char? Is spot already crowded with other chars that use auto-cultivation?
It will probably take you a day or two to find a perfect spot for yourself, just dont give up .
Some of popular areas: Morai, Momaganon, Lothranis, Avalanche, Deserted Sea, Primal World (this one has 12 h timer, after time is up you wont get any EXP/drops)


WHY/HOW AUTO-CULTIVATION STOPS?
- you can start/stop it by pressing F12 key
- if you move your char manually
- when time is up you will port back to safe zone (in case TP is in cooldown, it will use teleport incense from your inventory)
- when durability of your weapon is 0
- if hyper exp time is completed (even though your auto-cultivation time is still on)
- if you die
- if your ping gets too high it might stop your auto-cultivation



Also to clear it up, Auto-cultivating is not same as Botting. Bot programs can use more options and they are still illegal in PWI.

In my opinion Auto-culti is totally botting (automated gameplay) but indeed there are different programms who can do that. PWE's one seems not to be the best one but, as you said, this is the only one allowed

On the bot part... any program(internal or external) that assists automation of game actions is a bot. The term "botting" can be very broad as programmable keyboards for automation would fall under this as well.

I loved this part of the release as it does help out far greater in gaining afk exp than existed before. The ability to get coins and drops nice addition for repairs and till its gone, dq stuff.

Just one simple request - please don't bot where other ppl need to complete quests. If you go to the nothern part of the map or Morai, there is hardly a square inch where u won't find someone botting ... very annoying, coz they constantly try to pickup yr drops

Deal with it, if someone is KSing or stealing your drops, Deal with it, nothing a mob or gm can do about it, trust me i tried. The only thing that annoys me is the fact the moria botting is time limited, makes no sense. instead of adding a time limit they should of made a mob kill limit, where the max you could set it to is something like 100 or 200 that way you wouldn't have people botting quest mobs for days straight, they would have to come to the computer and check to make sure they havent reached their limit and reset it. also maybe enabling auto culti should also make you pk able, like in ws LOL bet people wouldnt be botting quest mobs then.

+1 auto culti should force u into pk while u are botting. Best solution I've heard so far. Some people are complete jerks with auto culti and deserve judgment

Totally agree - these inconsiderate players just plop themselves down in popular quest areas and steal the mobs you are after as well as the drops.

Its no good saying 'deal with it' - why should we just because of these selfish cretins?

Having said that, once I realise there's a bot in the area I have no qualms at all attacking 'their' mobs, but if they just went to a remote area away from others in the first place it'd easily solve the problem!

Must say I like the idea of making them PK-able tho - it'd give me great pleasure to see them die. b:pleased

Yeh i moved from Harshlands cos sins can just take any and every dq from your inventory as and when they feel with no risk to themselves.
they spend thier time farming the farmers.
if you dont have real money then you gotta farm.
got to say there are times when i wanted to pk but more fun to leave a trail of coins to a nasty spot.
the worst is when you get a L102 with g16 or rank9 culti ing L80 mobs.
if you do more than 50% damage you get the drops and the % of the exp.

still there are fewskills in every toons i play make auto cultivation stop
like on barbarian Bestial Rage i hope they fix these issues 2 on next patches thou im happy they did this quiet useful when u are away from pc and still need something like bounties to be done

here some quick basic math, 8 hours of auto cilti(picking up coins only) yeilds 1.8-2.1m now time that by the number of bots you run and you can rack up serious coin while your sleeping for 8 hours. on an average 8 hour botting spree i bring in 10m sometime 9.5 but on averag 10m per 8 hours i use 8 hours because that way my weapon wont break, i check on all bots every 2-3 hours to see how much they making and if i need to do repairs, but at night when i sleep for those 8 hours sometimes 7 depends lol I come back to computer to see a free 10m and with each bot needing 10-20k repair bill it's all profit LOL

well I certainly think this is being abused at starter area....nukers are the worst.......my toon spends all his time trying to pick up stuff he cant because although I get first hit the nuker gets the majority of damage
