Last Leopard quest states "level too low" to turn in

Just wanted to drop this here and hope someone can look at it. The Last Leopard quest, taken in the early 70s from Sanctuary, cannot be completed because its subquest, Mock Pelt, has a required level of 150 to turn in. This leads to a quest log message saying "Level too low, unable to complete this quest."

    Just a tip for anybody else having problems with this quest:

    In order to progress past this step, you can drop the quest and pick up "Find the Family" instead, which is the other option for this set of choices.

    The last time I tried to pick up "Find the Family" on an alt a month or two back myself it wasn't there either. It appears also to be bugged.
