Adding Sockets to G15 Nirvana

Hi,

I've searched around the forums a bit for an answer to this question, but I can't seem to find a definite answer.
I have a ☆☆Cascade Glow Helm with 3 sockets, a +5 refine, and some shards. I'm trying to figure out how to add another socket to the gear piece without wiping the shards and refine, and if I even am able to do so.
I'm sitting at the Nirvana forges now, and the only option I see is the reforge option that cost 2 uncannies, but I'm pretty sure that only rerolls stats on the gear.

Spending 80-160mil on sockets stones to add another socket isn't exactly viable - so is the only option to get more sockets on this gear to make a whole new piece from scratch?

You aren't gonna loose shards or refine when adding a socket. Socket stones is what you need, some don't stack together but they can be used together. You could also go for G16 version and reroll till you get the 4 sockets.

still wouldn't spend tha much on 1 socket,jsut get a +10 vit stone instead at that priceb:victory

think they give more vit + added physical def.
