68 spirit or 200 attack dmg?

HEY! so i'm a bit confused on what to do with my S card!

I'm a pve assasin so oriented completely towards pve. ( as i don't enjoy pvp )

If i put my S card in Lifeprime slot i get +180 phy res +1 atk lvl +1 def lvl +68 spirit
but if i put it in my Destroyer slot i get +203 attack damage ( which in character info shows up as a 1000 physical atk. boost. )

which one should i put it in? i don't really see any point in spirit in pve regards...

    Spirit is pvp.
