Is there a way to do the veno dungeon without PVP mode?

I was told there was....I know it's probably just a lie/rumor but I was wondering if it's true. And yes I hate PVP mode and that's why I live on a carebear pve server. I don't like PVP so this is troubling. My nix got a PVP mood and I don't intend to NW with her so I need to retry for 1 of the 2 PVE moods I liked...
