so... that downtime we had was for.. nothing?

    That downtime was to see if China could fix the database and reverse the rollback. Turns out it was unfixable.

    rofl. so rollback for no reason ( given ) and then downtime and they can't fix it. gr8

    The rollback was an unintentional bug that happened. Irreversable sadly so we have to deal with that.
    The downtime was also for the fixing of server memory I suppose as the game was extremely lagging yesterday before it went down (normally at 30-70ping, by then at 10k-20k ping).

    The french forums posted we'll get x5 exp and longer x2 and some other things: zen refunded for one. My french blows so couldn't make out more for now.

    The people who bought from you probably want their items back, too. You can try sending in a ticket, but with the database borked there's probably no way to verify the trades you made, unless you have screenshots.

    It's PW.FR that posted all information about the issue, not PWI. (since this all is very difficult for you: pw.fr means perfectworld.french)
